Founded in 2013 by designer Jade Devall, Design 44 has grown into one of the Midlands’ most beloved independent lifestyle and gift stores. With a strong passion for supporting local creatives, Jade has curated a unique retail space that champions small businesses and showcases beautifully crafted, design-led products.
With two decades of experience in the design industry—and as the founder of her own design company—Jade brings her expert eye and dedication to every aspect of the store. Her vision has helped Design 44 become a leading destination for those seeking contemporary handmade gifts, eco-conscious products, and interiors inspired by British, Danish, and Dutch design.
Today, with 2 thriving store locations, Design 44 continues to offer a trend-driven selection lifestyle products, supporting independent makers and bringing thoughtful design to the high street.

Refunds/Exchanges
Store:
We will exchange any purchase in Design 44 for the same Designer/Maker within 60 days.
Refunds are not given in Design 44 stores unless the item is faulty.
Online:
We will exchange or refund any online order within 28 days of purchase.
